Apple Cider Spritz
This Apple Cider Spritz is made with aperol, apple cider, and prosecco. Garnished with an apple slice and star anise to finish!
I love an aperol spritz in the summer months. It’s citrusy, vibrant, refreshing and not too sweet, which is perfect for my palette! Since we have now entered the fall season, I wanted to create something that could still give me that refreshing vibe, but with a slight warmness. Apple cider is the perfect addition to this well-loved drink. It adds a slight hint of cinnamon & clove, which really just adds depth to the drink.
Finish the drink with an apple slice and star anise to create the perfect fall drink! This would also be delish poured over ice, but I love how it looks in these ribbed coupe glasses. Check out the recipe below and let me know what you think!
